大暑养生讲究“清”“静”

7月23日是夏季的最后一个节气——大暑。这个时节气候炎热,酷暑多雨,暑湿之气容易乘虚而入,心气易亏耗,老人、儿童、体虚气弱者往往易生疰夏、中暑等病。大暑节气养生,下面是我们应注意问题

调养心神安然度夏

夏季预防中暑,应注意合理安排工作,做到劳逸结合;避免在烈日下暴晒;注意室内降温;睡眠要充足;讲究饮食卫生。有条件的人,进入夏季后,宜常服用一些芳香化浊、清解湿热之方。

大暑时节,不要让身体过度暴露在高温环?#24120;?#20197;免体温调节机能下降,平时要多食用新鲜蔬菜水果。进行户外运动时,要选择透气衣物,打伞和戴遮阳帽,最好随身携带藿香正气水、仁丹、清凉油等药品。
